Research Progress on CdZnTe Crystal Growth for Room Temperature Radiation Detection Applications for Journal of Synthetic Crystals

Imdetek's general manager, Dr. Shouzhi Xi, was invited to write the Cover article for Journal of Synthetic Cristals.  

It summerized the character of CdZnTe and the factors that play a role on growing better CdZnTe crystal and its recently research progress. 

It also introduced the application and market of the CdZnTe crystal. As our growing technique improves, the application of the crystal will surely bring more benefit to our lifes.
